The City of Chelsea adopted Ordinance No. 195 on August 24, 2026, amending Chapter 30, Article V. Sidewalk Traffic. A copy of the Ordinance will be available on the City’s website www.city-chelsea.org or may be inspected at the City of Chelsea Offices.
