The Chelsea Bulldogs have a packed week from Aug. 31 through Sept. 5, including football, soccer, field hockey, tennis, swimming, cross country, volleyball, and golf. The varsity football home opener is Thursday, Sept. 3, against Jackson — Senior Night at Jerry Niehaus Field, 7 p.m.
No events are scheduled for Friday, Sept. 4 or Saturday, Sept. 5, giving athletes a well-earned Labor Day weekend break.
