The City of Chelsea Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for preliminary approval of the Wolf Farms Planned Unit Development under the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, and the City of Chelsea Zoning Ordinance.
The hearing will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the City Municipal Building, 311 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI 48118.
