The Chelsea District Library’s annual Summer Reading Program Kickoff takes place on Friday, June 5, at noon on the library lawn.
The free event features dinosaurs, bounce houses, carnival games, crafts, and prizes. Complete six activities to earn a frozen treat courtesy of Culver’s of Chelsea.
This year’s theme is Unearth a Story, with programming for all ages throughout the summer, from dinosaur storytimes for children to archaeology presentations for adults.
Sign up for the Summer Reading Program at the kickoff or online at chelseadistrictlibrary.org/srp.
