August Michael “Mike” Rossettie Sr. of Manchester, Michigan, age 88, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at his home. He was born May 30, 1938, in Malden, Massachusetts, the son of Joseph L. & Gertrude A. (Kuhl) Rossettie.

Mike served in the U.S. Navy, aboard the USS Monrovia. He worked for the Washtenaw County Road Commission for 28 years, owned Rossettie Airport, and was a milk hauler and farmer. Mike served as President of the Manchester Fair Board and was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church in Chelsea, where he was a head usher.
