Enjoy Discounted Admission to Museums, Parks, and Attractions with Your Library Card

Chelsea District Library cardholders have access to the Michigan Activity Pass (MAP), offering reduced or free admission to museums, attractions, and parks across the state. In the past year, Chelsea cardholders used MAP passes to visit the Detroit Institute of Arts, the state and local Metropark system, Howell Nature Center, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, and more.

All you need is a library card number and access to the MAP website at miactivitypass.org. One pass per library card is available every seven days, and once requested, the pass must be used within seven days. A complete list of participating venues is available on the site with maps and filters to make searching easy.

Your library card also unlocks discounts on Detroit music and theatre tickets and reduced admission and parking at the Detroit Zoo. Visit chelseadistrictlibrary.org/tickets-discounts for a full list of available deals.
