Got a sewing project that’s stumped you? Stop by “A Sew Helpful Place” at the Chelsea District Library on Monday, Aug. 10, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ingenuity Engine. Volunteer sewists will be on hand to help with mending, tricky fixes, or projects you don’t know how to start. All skill levels are welcome, and sewing machines are available for anyone who needs one.
