Serendipity Books, Agricole Farm Stop and the Chelsea District Library are teaming up for a neighborhood book swap party Sunday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Agricole Farm Stop.
Visitors can bring gently used books to swap, sip coffee from Agricole’s fall menu, and browse books others have shared. Serendipity Books will offer store credit for select books (conditions apply). The library’s Book Mobile will be parked on-site for checkouts, and visitors can sign up for a library card.
Books can also be dropped off ahead of time, on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Agricole Farm Stop.
How it Works

- Browse pre-loved books shared by others
- Take home a new read
Accepted Books
Fiction, non-fiction, sci-fi & fantasy, romance, mystery, children’s books. Books must be in good physical condition — no stains, mold, water damage, or missing or ripped pages.
Limit: one grocery bag of books per person. Leftover books will be donated to the Chelsea District Library.
