The Chelsea Fair Kitchen will once again serve up home-cooked meals throughout the 88th Annual Chelsea Community Fair, Aug. 23-29, inside the Service Center Building.
Breakfast is served à la carte from 7 to 10:30 a.m. with options including eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy.
Lunch runs from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and includes a variety of selections such as hamburgers, hot dogs, sloppy joes, tuna salad, grilled cheese, fries, mac and cheese, nachos, salads, and desserts. If you’d like to pick up lunch for carry-out only, you can pay gate admission and receive it back when you leave with your meal.
Daily dinner specials are $12 and start at 4 p.m. until they run out.
- Tuesday, Aug. 25 — Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans/corn, dinner roll, and side salad
- Wednesday, Aug. 26 — Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans/corn, garlic bread, and side salad
- Thursday, Aug. 27 — Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked beans, dinner roll, and side salad
- Friday, Aug. 28 — Roast pork and kniffles, sauerkraut, green beans/corn, applesauce, dinner roll, and side salad
- Saturday, Aug. 29 — Mexican night, with tacos or burritos, Spanish rice, and refried beans
