Anyone planning to take part in the 2026 Chelsea Community Fair Parade can register through the Chelsea Area Fire Authority’s website where registration forms, parade route maps, rules, and line-up positions are available.
The parade is open to a wide range of participants, including floats, classic vehicles, bands, local businesses, derby entries, equine groups, school and church groups, civic organizations, and the Fair Queen Court.
Floats and Fair Queen candidates must obtain a permit from CAFA by Thursday, Aug. 27. Permits are available in person at the fire station located at 200 W. Middle St.
The 2026 Chelsea Community Fair parade starts at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29.
